His Domain Experience spans through Exploration and Production( E&P), Oil and Gas Services, Mining, Manufacturing, Electronics, Engineering, Aviation, Retail, Hospitality and FMCG and he has been on Senior HR roles with MB Petroleum Services, MB Holding Company, Khimji Ramdas Group, Oman Air and Air India

Venkatesh is a British Psychological Society Certified Level B Plus Assessor and is certified and experienced in using several Assessment tools including 15FQPlus, Harrison Assessments. He is also certified in using the Thriving Index . He is a certified and experienced practitioner of the Hay Methodology and is also a competent speaker and leader certified by the Toastmasters International .
Venkatesh has been part of Several Nationalisation committees and also been part of a Focus Group which worked on the revised Oman Labour Law. He is a fellow of Gulf Talent Advisory Board ( GTAB) constituted by the Oxford Consulting Group, London, UK , a think tank of Senior HR Professionals from the Gulf Region involved in Talent Research .
In appreciation of his contribution towards the HR Profession, he was awarded the Global HR Leadership Award by the Global HRD Congress in the year 2009. He was also featured as one among the 100 most talented Global HR Professionals by the CHRO Asia in their publication dated February, 2015.

Aravinda carries 23 years HR experience and holds Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
He has worked extensively in the Human Capital Consulting in the regions Middle East, India, Africa, US and South East Asia. He carries Consulting experience of over 13 years working for Industries, IT, ITES, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Oil and gas, Engineering, Infrastructure, Banking industry, Insurance sectors, Government sectors, Hospitality, Biotech to name a few.
He has advised over 60 organizations in India and abroad. He is passionate to align himself to suit the client requirement, highly result orient with rich experience in Organization Assessments using People CMM, Investor in People, HR transformation, Change Management, Assessment/Development Centre, Psychometric Profiling, Talent Management solutions, Nationalisation Plan for Omani Companies and helping them achieve Omanization targets through comprehensive Talent management strategy.
He also holds other professional qualification, viz. SEI Authorized Lead Assessor in People CMM from Carnegie Mellon University, Level A &B certified from British Psychological Society, Assessment & Development Centre expert from T.V. Rao, Train the trainer from Peak Performance Training (can train in 50 areas covering soft skills, Management development, organization development and leadership development)
He headed consulting division at MB Informatics Pvt. Ltd ( Group company of MB Holding Company LLC), worked with KPMG, India for a period of 9 years in the Human capital division. Other organization he was associated include Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd, HCL Info systems, Sonata Software Limited.
